Unleashedrace.com is a platform that allows users to register and participate in track day events using their own vehicles. Events consist of driving sessions on racing circuits, organized either directly or through third-party partners.
By registering, users fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation Requirements
To participate in the events, users must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driving license
- Use a vehicle in proper mechanical and safety condition
- Comply with all safety rules provided by the organizers
The organization reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
3. Liability
Participation in events is entirely at the participant’s own risk..
The user acknowledges that:
- Driving on a racetrack involves inherent risks
- Any damage to the vehicle is the participant’s responsibility
- No insurance coverage for vehicle damage is provided unless explicitly stated
The organization is not liable for:
- Damage to persons or property caused by the participant
- Mechanical failures or accidents occurring during track activities
- Reckless or non-compliant behavior
4. Booking and Payment
Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
- Prices are listed on the website and may vary
- Full prepayment is required to secure participation
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to services related to events with a specific date.
In any case, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the event:full refund
- From 14 to 7 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: no refund
Participation may be transferred to another person, subject to prior notice and approval.
6. Event Cancellation or Changes
The organization reserves the right to:
- Modify dates, times, or program details
- Postpone the event due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, track unavailability)
- Cancel the event
In case of cancellation:
- A full refund will be issued or
- The participant may choose to attend a rescheduled date
7. Track Conduct Rules
During the event, participants must:
- Follow all briefings and staff instructions
- Wear any required safety equipment
- Maintain responsible driving behavior
The organization may immediately exclude any participant who:
- Endangers safety
- Fails to comply with the rules
No refund will be granted in such cases.
8. Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must:
- Be in good mechanical condition
- Have no leaks or evident issues
- Comply with applicable regulations
The organization may deny track access to any vehicle deemed unsafe.
9. Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
Any specific track-use insurance:
- Is not included unless otherwise stated
- Must be arranged by the participant
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR) and used solely for:
- Booking management
- Event-related communications
11. Acceptance
By registering and making payment, the participant confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Accept them without reservation
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court where the organization is based.
