Unleashedrace.com is a platform that allows users to register and participate in track day events using their own vehicles. Events consist of driving sessions on racing circuits, organized either directly or through third-party partners.<\/p>\n

By registering, users fully accept these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Participation Requirements<\/h4>\n

To participate in the events, users must:<\/p>\n

  • Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n
  • Hold a valid driving license<\/li>\n
  • Use a vehicle in proper mechanical and safety condition<\/li>\n
  • Comply with all safety rules provided by the organizers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The organization reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements.<\/p>\n

    3. Liability<\/h4>\n

    Participation in events is entirely at the participant\u2019s own risk.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        4. Booking and Payment<\/h4>\n

        Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

        • Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis<\/li>\n
        • Prices are listed on the website and may vary<\/li>\n
        • Full prepayment is required to secure participation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n

          Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply<\/strong> to services related to events with a specific date.<\/p>\n

                • Wear any required safety equipment<\/li>\n

                  The organization may immediately exclude any participant who:<\/p>\n

                  • Endangers safety<\/li>\n
                  • Fails to comply with the rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    No refund will be granted in such cases.<\/p>\n

                    8. Vehicle Requirements<\/h4>\n

                    Vehicles must:<\/p>\n

                    • Be in good mechanical condition<\/li>\n
                    • Have no leaks or evident issues<\/li>\n
